Who we are
Cricbolo11 is a free-to-play fantasy sports app for cricket, football and basketball. You build teams and join contests with in-app coins. Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. This policy explains what data the app collects, why, and the choices you have.
Data we collect
- Account details: name, team name, email address, and mobile number if you sign up with OTP. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and Google account ID.
- Profile details you add: date of birth, gender and profile photo. These are optional.
- App activity: teams you create, contests you join, points, ranks, coin balance and coin history.
- Purchases: coin packs bought through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. We receive only the order ID and the product purchased. We never see your card or bank details.
- Device and diagnostics: device model, Android version, app version, device ID and push notification token. These keep you signed in, deliver notifications and fix problems.
- Advertising ID: used by Google AdMob to show ads and rewarded videos, and to measure ad performance.
- Support messages: what you send through the Helpdesk.
How we use data
- Create and secure your account, and verify your mobile number or email.
- Run contests, calculate fantasy points and show leaderboards.
- Credit coins from purchases, rewarded videos and referrals.
- Send match reminders and account notifications. You can switch these off in Android settings.
- Show ads, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the app.
We do not sell your personal data.

Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.
Security and retention
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to our servers is restricted. We keep account data while your account is active. After an account is deleted, profile data is removed or anonymised. We keep limited records only where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud.
Your choices
- Edit your profile any time in the app.
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Android settings.
- Delete your account: open More, then Delete Account. The full process is on our account deletion page.
Age
Cricbolo11 is for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
