Delete your Cricbolo11 account

From the app

1. Open Cricbolo11 and sign in.
2. Tap More, then Delete Account.
3. Tap REQUEST. You receive a reference ID, for example CBD-000123, and the deletion date.

Without the app

Write to the developer email shown on the Cricbolo11 Google Play listing. Send it from the email address on your account and use the subject "Delete my account". Include your team name or registered mobile number. We confirm the request and send you a reference ID.

Timeline

• Day 0: request recorded, with a reference ID.
• Days 1 to 7: grace period. If you sign in and keep using the app, the request is cancelled automatically.
• Day 7: the account is permanently deleted.

What is deleted

• Name, team name, email, mobile number, profile photo, and Google sign-in link
• Coin balance, including purchased, bonus and won coins. Coins cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Saved teams and notification tokens

What is kept

• Anonymised contest results, so leaderboards of finished contests stay correct. These records no longer identify you.
• Purchase order IDs, kept for up to 3 years where tax, accounting or fraud-prevention law requires them.
